Beyond Divide and Conquer: Unite and Build Racial Equity Training 1.0

The "Beyond Divide and Conquer: Unite and Build Racial Equity Training" explores how the social construct of race was created to divide and conquer people (especially poor whites and people of color).

Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation Training - 2.5 Day Core Training

The Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation (2.5 day CORE) training is an introduction to the philosophy of Nonviolence through the lens of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Teaching the Six Principles and Steps of Kingian Nonviolence, as well as basic ideas, strategies, and tools of conflict reconciliation, the model sees conflict as inevitable and inherently neutral.

Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation Training - Train the Trainer

The five-day Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Reconciliation training is an introduction to the philosophy of Nonviolence through the lens of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Teaching the Six Principles and Steps of Kingian Nonviolence, as well as basic ideas, strategies, and tools of conflict reconciliation, the model sees conflict as inevitable and inherently neutral.

Learn the principles and steps to reconcile conflict and build social movements by participating in the 5-day training with legendary activist Dr. Bernard LaFayette, Jr.

​

Advanced training is available for certification to become a curriculum trainer in your own community.  This course is preparation to co-train the 2.5 day CORE training.

Learning a basic communication model and exploring the role of communication in conflict.

Restorative Justice Training

We train participants to create a restorative culture using what we have in common to bring us together.
